At Sadhgi, we are committed to delivering your premium ethnic wear with care, safety, and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take 4–5 business days.

  • Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select metro cities)

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order value.

  • Free Shipping is available for orders above the minimum cart value (as displayed during checkout).


International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries.

  • International delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Custom Duties & Taxes:
International orders may include duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.
Sadhgi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Address changes can only be made before dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Re-dispatch charges may apply.


Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security.

  2. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

We will help you investigate the issue with the courier company.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@sadhgi.co with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return & Exchange Policy.


Festive Season & Peak Period Delays

During Diwali, wedding seasons, and major sales, delivery times may be slightly extended due to heavy courier load.
We recommend ordering early for special occasions.
